I called about a van they had for sale and wanted to buy it. The salesman couldn't provide me with actual pictures of the inside of the vehicle, but I still told them I wanted it. They didn't respond, but they did raise the price of the van by 30% overnight! And then they had the guts to say they still wanted to sell me a vehicle! Very untrustworthy company. Would NEVER buy from them!
I recently purchased a vehicle here which I like and fits all my needs. As a first-time buyer this was not such a good buying experience. For some reason the sales manager made me feel bad for requesting somebody that speaks Spanish?? Although I do speak English, Spanish is my native tongue and is what I feel more comfortable speaking. Great dealership they set me up with a brand new /car zero down lease! I definitely recommend Metro Mazda!
Horrible experience. Had an appointment set for a week, when I showed up the sales rep was not there and the car we had set up to see was not even on the property. The new rep they assigned us to was very uninterested and did not know what he was doing. Complained it was too cold to walk outside to see the cars, gave no direction on where the cars I wanted to see were, and when he finally showed us one car, it had a chip in the windshield and was very dirty inside. Do recommend this dealership or at least working with Yaya.
