I had such a great experience working with Robyn at Mazda! She made the car buying process so easy and stress-free. Robyn was incredibly personable and took the time to explain everything clearly, laying out all the facts without any pressure. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, which made a big difference. Evidently a version of “bait and switch” is their primary business model. Hubby traded emails with salesperson Chris. He stated our out-the-door price, contingent on their inspection of our trade-in and our inspection of the new/used car. It’s a 90 minute drive, so we appreciated being able to negotiate via email. If only they had honored that price. Chris’ last email, with our terms (stated above) was sounds good- come on up. Called Chris on the drive up to let him know we had run into Milwaukee traffic. Robyn was attentive and accommodating. Great to work with.
Just got back from a miserable experience attempting to purchase a vehicle from Russ Darrow Mazda. We live 50 miles away so wanted to work out a deal before we made the trip. Had an agreed upon price in writing. So we made the drive only to arrive and have them jack up the price an additional 3k. The sleazy salespeople to avoid are Chris Smeilis and the sales manager Justin Pues. Don't be a sucker like me and simply avoid this unscrupulous dealer
