I bought a KIA Soul from them. Their loan practices can only be described as predatory. If they had been in the home loan business they would have been partially responsible for sinking the economy back in 2008-2009. I signed the papers and learned a very valuable lesson. I will not be so uneducated about cars and so trusting of dealerships ever again. I like their service people. They seem professional and caring about the customer and the product. Other than that... I would not recommend the dealership to anyone.

1st solo experience at an auto dealer and it was everything everyone told me it would be, including the "full court press." I was being pushed into buying a used Chevy HHR. Their initial offer was over $21,000. The MSRP is $19,000. The sales people dragged their feet even when I showed interest and was about read to buy in and wanted the details on financing, they still dragged their feet. I never had a buying experiance like this before. My salesperson answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect car for my daughter. He was very helpful. Everyone was friendly with a great atmosphere. We are happy there is a place like this to buy a car. We will be back in the fall for the new Sorento.
