If you have a problem with your vehicle and expect customer service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Russ Darrow Dodge rotated my tires with an oil change and failed to reinstall security lugs on both driver side wheels and did not return security lug adapter. After several calls, still can't get assistance. This is the service you get after getting 6 vehicles from this establishment. Poor customer support and worse quality assurance.
My initial experiences with Russ Darrow when I got my car about 4 years ago were phenomenal. They changed my oil and washed my car and I could drive in same day or make an appointment and the communication was great! When they moved locations I drove the 30 minutes to west bend for an oil change to be told I needed to make an appointment. So now I make appointments and tell them everything that is wrong with my car. The last two times I took my car in I told them I needed new tires prior to going. However, NEVER in my entire life have I had such an unpleasant experience with purchasing a vehicle until I purchased my ram from Russ Darrow.
