Never got an update on my vehicle for two weeks. They lied about the total price of work being done. Tried to talk to the service manager but he never called back and avoided me at all costs. Very rude and I suggest never getting service done at this location.
Bought a truck a bit ago from VanHorn and needed an oil change. Got it for free as they offer a program of free oil changes for life if you purchase the vehicle there. Went smoothly and great 10/10 recommend!

I stopped in for my scheduled oil lube and filter today. First, let me say that this location is so clean and organized. I was greeted right away by Joe, who was both professional and personable. I've just moved to the nearby area, so I needed my address information updated, which Joe took care of. He let me know about how long I'd be waiting and they were even done earlier.
