This whole dealership is a joke. I purchased a used truck from them and the carpet in the back was full COVERED with dog hair. They told me it would be detailed before they would deliver it to my house. It arrived with all the dog hair. Sales manager said to bring it back and they would detail it...I did. All they did was wash the outside. Never touched the inside. I called back and everyone refused to help me and the sales manager was no longer employed there. Go somewhere else! I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Service department is a complete joke. You'd have a better chance of getting the president on the phone than these people. My trucks been in the service department for over 2 months and doesn't even have a diagnosis.
I scheduled a service appointment almost a week ago. Received a number of emails and texts to confirm the appointment and to remind me of the appointment. I go there and the person who greeted me had no clue about my appointment and said there was no one available to work on my car. They didn't even have the decency to let me know in advance I'd be wasting my time driving there. Never going there for service again.
