Worst Experience Ever!! – Today my husband and I went to Russ first, looking for an SUV. We had never drove a Tahoe or Yukon and we wanted more info on them. The salesman came over to us and was not very inviting. We walked around a few cars - all of which he would not open - then he asked us "are you going to buy anything today?"
