Purchased our edge with Bryan, he was great! Everyone there treated us so well from financing to the girl filling the water cooler. We feel confident that this dealership will be our first choice for vehicles. They did not pressure us at all, that was nice! I would like to say that my wife and I have not experienced such a pleasure in purchasing a vehicle in many years. Bryan, our sales rep and Kyle , our finance rep went beyond the expected to make sure we found a vehicle we liked and got the best deal possible. Everyone at this organization was extremely friendly and customer oriented. Today's world , treating customers as valued assets seems to be a lost art. I would give this organization the highest rating possible.
The two service girls, forgive me I don't remember their names, were amazing today! I was on my way to Nashville and my check engine light came on. Brand new car mind you. Googled for a dealer and this was the place that came up. Could not have been a better place to stop. They fit me in on the spot, figured out the problem and got me back on my way in no time. Highly recommend this dealer!! A huge thank you to the service girls and the service tech who fixed the problem from a Chicagolander passing through!
