If you ever have the opportunity to rent from one of their properties, rest assured you will have a stress free lease. These folks are very professional and prompt, they frequently service their properties and maintenance is very reliable. I had the pleasure of living at one of their duplex’s for the last 6 years due to their quality service. If I had any advice for when you rent a multi family unit in Houston, it would be to rent from a small business like Russ and Co. I will miss them!

Very nice people, prompt on repairs and have a Thanksgiving meal every year for all the tenants!! I believe they genuinely value me and my input as well other tenants! Keeps properties clean and well maintained lawn care! It's a very peaceful complex and I'm truly glad for them and my home!
My Ex-fiance got her apartment here as does my mother and our experience with these people has been both excellent and pleasant
