Terrible dealer.
The service manager, Eden , is absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond for me and my wife. Our service needs are always met with a smile and a can-do attitude. Eden is a very special individual who truly cares about her clients. We highly recommend her and Rusnak Jag for service. 5 stars all the way across!!!
Eden in service is the single most fantastic part of Jaguar!!! She goes above and beyond for Jaguar owners and she wise beyond her years:) I just love her and now miss selling my Jaguar-it was good to me and this dealership is wonderful because they don’t treat people poorly and they are a smaller dealership feeling a bit more intimate in terms of customer service, not like some factory! Eden deserves 100 stars.
My salesperson, Aren, was perfect. Knowledgeable about the cars I was considering, and extremely helpful once I decided on the car. Throughout the process, which was delayed due to external factors, he promptly responded to my communications, and accommodated every request. I can't ask for better service.
Be wary of shady dealer practices. I attempted to purchase a car from this dealership. Agreed to the price of the vehicle with my sales person and the manager of the dealership brought other another customer that was interested with the hope of beginning a bidding war for the the vehicle. After we had already agreed to the price this other customer offered to pay 4k over sticker and the manager refused to honor the deal we had already agreed to. I’d highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.
