We have used Rusmur Floors since we purchased our first home in 1989, our experience had been exceptional!! We have known our design expert Tami Boyle since 1997, we have found her to be Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. When it was time to replace our old carpet we didn't consider anyone else. The installation team was no different, Jose Si Ushpa and his crew did a great job from start to finish. They were on time, neat, skilled and professional.
From the help provided by Alicja, the price point for the project, and the great team of young men that did the install, Rusmur did an excellent job! Looking forward to working with them again on my next project!
Wonder full job installing the LVT. Made sure all issues where resolved. Continued support with throw rug baking issues.
I am very happy with my kitchen tile backsplash installed by Rusmur. Tami came here and recommended a beautiful unique yet classic design and it turned out amazing! Matt the installer was like an artist and so precise in his work. Overall all expectations were exceeded. Based on my other experience with Rusmur flooring and carpeting and tile, I would only use and recommend Rusmur for any flooring, tile or carpeting project. They do it right!
Tami was great in helping me match the outdoor carpet with an old sample...always pleasant and helpful and professional and did what she said she was going to do in a timely manner..a real plus for Rusmur Floors! Thanks, Pete Graziotto
