Chelsea was very kind and helpful during our visit. She greets you cheerfully and wants to help you in anyway. This was our second purchase here and will be back again!
We had our beautiful carpet installed and are very happy. Chelsea, our sales girl did everything to make this a great event. The young men that brought and laid the carpet down did a wonderful job. Overall, it was a good experience.
We hadn't been to Rusmur floors for a long time but when it became time to replace our kitchen we went directly there. The store is now brightly lit and has an enormous selection and variety of floor coverings. We got great assistance from Chelsea and Ed Auth in selecting the best flooring for our needs. We have used Rusmur Floors since we purchased our first home in 1989, our experience had been exceptional!! We have known our design expert Tami Boyle since 1997, we have found her to be Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. When it was time to replace our old carpet we didn't consider anyone else. The installation team was no different, Jose Si Ushpa and his crew did a great job from start to finish. They were on time, neat, skilled and professional.
From the help provided by Alicja, the price point for the project, and the great team of young men that did the install, Rusmur did an excellent job! Looking forward to working with them again on my next project!
