Dan and the whole team at Rusmur in Moon Twp. were AMAZING to work with! They were super helpful with the selection process as Dan is super knowledgeable about all things carpet! Our schedule was super specific due to moving from out of state and only being in town certain times. Dan was able to come out day of and get measurements for our house so that an order could be placed before the weekend. Dan and the Rusmur team were great to work with. The engineered hardwood they installed looks great! The team was super professional and collaborative, keeping us informed of the process and asking our opinion on a few things.
This was the second time we used Rusmur for carpeting, and I highly recommend this company. R.J. Vighetti is outstanding, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair, and the entire process was seamless. The installers were excellent. Their work was meticulous. I greatly appreciated the care they took with the furniture and how clean they left everything.
