John was great and helped us find carpeting for 3 bedrooms in our new house. They were able to install the next week and the 2 men who came to install the carpet were very fast and professional! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
We just had luxury vinyl plank floors installed over our existing tile floors and couldn’t be happier with results. From our consultation and meetings with Dan to the installation team headed by Denny everything was seamless. The installing team worked tirelessly and left everything spotless. Our expectations were exceeded! Would highly recommend the Moon Township team!
When the folks at Rusmur say they will "make it right," they really mean it! From Dan, in sales, to Brian, in service, to Clay, in-house inspector, to Mike, independent inspector, even to Rick, one of the owners!, everyone was super polite and professional. It took some time and perseverance, but I am really, really happy with the outcome! Rusmur has a great group of people!
Dan at the moon location was great to work with. Luxury vinyl and carpet installed quickly. They have come back to fix any issues that came up after installation with no problem.
Very happy with Rusmur Floors in Moon Twp, from the sales team to the installers. We were able to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. The installers,Shane and Gage, were very professional and did an excellent job. Can’t even see the seams. We will use them again and recommend them.
