First, Dan P, the sales associate at the Moon store, was excellent! He came to the house, provided insight, gave suggestions, brought samples, took measurements and really made the whole process very easy! We were very appreciative of his knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness! We had carpet installed from the Rusmur in Moon. Dan helped us out with choosing the right carpet and was extremely knowledgeable, giving us information we didn’t know. Working with them was amazing. The install was smooth and quick, working with our schedule. We were quoted from another company with lower quality padding and carpet and Rusmur was cheaper with higher quality products. We plan on working with them again for our flooring on our first floor and can’t wait!
We had a great experience with Rusmur Floors in Moon Township. This was the second time that we purchased carpeting from Rusmur, and we cannot be more pleased! From measurement thru installation, every step was pleasant and professional! We highly recommend them!
