I was originally satisfied with Rusmur Floors, however after installation, my contractor advised that a 4" molding was included. This item was never mentioned but I was charged for. The order was supposedly placed by Billie Cobb without review and then was placed at my direction by Brian Erzen since Billie dropped the ball, without mentioning the molding. I called Brian concerning this molding requesting return, since it is obviously a standard stock item, and refund. No return call has been received.,
Great service
All of our original flooring (carpet and ceramic tile) was installed by Rusmur 22 years ago. They did an excellent job. Recently we had to have some tile replaced. The work was performed by Jeff from Rusmur. He did a great job replacing the ceramic tile and matching the grout. Thank you. Peter B.
We had a fantastic experience working with Rusmur on our basement flooring project. The team did an amazing job removing existing carpet and vinyl on the finished side, and leveling everything including concrete on the semi-finished laundry side. LVP was installed throughout and the attention to detail is incredible; everything flows seamlessly. Our floors are more beautiful than we could have imagined! It's comfortable for my family to hang out in, and we will definitely be using this Rusmur team again in the future.
