Purchased carpet for living room and hallway from Clay at the Rusmur in Plum, PA. Took samples home. No sales pressure at all. No up-selling. Process was quick and installers were exceptional. Went back a few days after install and purchased a remnant for the bedroom. Once again Clay found what we needed and went above and beyond. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Rusmur also donates to military causes. Wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring.

100% satisfied with my Rusmur experience at the Plum store. Brad C personally came out to develop the flooring concept for a renovation of the basement and additional carpets for 2 other rooms. We had a positive experience at the store follow-up and then in subsequent selection decisions. Brad also found ways to stretch our dollars with more affordable selections. I was originally satisfied with Rusmur Floors, however after installation, my contractor advised that a 4" molding was included. This item was never mentioned but I was charged for. The order was supposedly placed by Billie Cobb without review and then was placed at my direction by Brian Erzen since Billie dropped the ball, without mentioning the molding. I called Brian concerning this molding requesting return, since it is obviously a standard stock item, and refund. No return call has been received.,
