Great service
All of our original flooring (carpet and ceramic tile) was installed by Rusmur 22 years ago. They did an excellent job. Recently we had to have some tile replaced. The work was performed by Jeff from Rusmur. He did a great job replacing the ceramic tile and matching the grout. Thank you. Peter B.
We had a fantastic experience working with Rusmur on our basement flooring project. The team did an amazing job removing existing carpet and vinyl on the finished side, and leveling everything including concrete on the semi-finished laundry side. LVP was installed throughout and the attention to detail is incredible; everything flows seamlessly. Our floors are more beautiful than we could have imagined! It's comfortable for my family to hang out in, and we will definitely be using this Rusmur team again in the future.
This review is for the Plum location. I went into the showroom to shop for LVP flooring. I requested a few samples. They did not have any samples of the brand i requested in store so agreed to send some from the supplier. I never received the samples I requested. I found the floor I was looking at online and ordered samples from there instead.
