Do not rent/Buy any apt here ESPECIALLY NOT THE 108 ! The HOA is horrible, stalking everyone (cameras everywhere) and very aggressive. They don't hesitate to expulse tenants or asking questions even if you invite a friend or family member at your place but don't do anything for the tons of garbage accumulating in the corner or changing de AC filter of the building.
