UPDATE as of 12/02/2024; This property management company continues to have open invoices for all (3) properties we serviced. We have received a few payments however they are slow and inconsistent. If they would pay in full, we would relinquish the lien and update our review. PREVIOUSLY: In providing consistent patrol services to this apartment management company, we have thousands of dollars in unpaid services. They refuse to make arrangements to satisfy their debt. I would think twice about renting here. If they don't make... read more
