I have been meaning to do this review for almost 2 years. This is the best facility for rehabilitation. Every staff member was kind, supportive, and helpful from the front desk to maintenance. My dad received well rounded care. Horticulture, physical therapy, occupational therapy, mental health care, recreation. Rusk was a blessing and a stress reliever during a very difficult time. Need help tooo much pain once they release you they don’t care. I’m in terrible pain. They release me today. Told me to call 911 tonight.Tooo much pain
I am currently a patient here and today my loving wife and newborn daughter came to surprise visit me from Queens via uber, they were rudely denied entrance due to them not having an appointment and were told they had to make an appointment online, which when you go to their website it only lets you make an appointment for a doctor appointment not to visit a patient. Terrible place my husband has been here for a month and they don’t let anyone to visit him not even his daughter. And he’s just receiving physical therapy he’s not sick with any virus or anything. I show up at the place and they let white people go in with baby’s younger than he’s daughter and not us cause we’re Hispanic. Also front desk were rude at all time. Then after I complained they said I ca go another day after I just spend $100 on an uber from queens to get there.
