I had an internal referral for pelvic floor physical therapy. I was discharged 7 months ago despite not being better and explaining such to my PT Alex, who said it would “take time.” 7 months later and with extreme symptoms still, I called to file a formal complaint to make sure the new therapist would be better and ask to reassign me and make a formal complaint and lo and behold they called to say they can’t see me. DO NOT GO THERE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY - first, you only got 30 minutes, you spend half of that talking about your symptoms. I love this place. It's the first center where I have received one-on-one attention. That promotes progress much quicker than centers packed like a subway at rush hour. My physical therapists are very attentive to my safety and push me farther than I imagine I can go which is the object and the home exercises they assign don't take much time. The therapists are lovely too. One warning, consider arriving a little early. Sometimes the check-in takes a bit of time.
Top notch medical professionals. The negative reviews here often cite answering of calls or patient coordination and while that can be labyrinthine or frustrating with any medical practice or hospital, that’s not the level of care you’re getting… the level of diagnosticians and practitioners you’re getting at Rusk is some of the best available anywhere.
Usually good. However today made me wait an hour in the waiting room then told me by appointment was cancelled, because an error with checking me in. Advice, is you wait more now then 20 min go to the front desk again.
