I have been meaning to write this review for two weeks now (I am a procrastinator). But the staff members are very friendly. The doctor is very kind and did a fantastic job treating my son. My entire family uses her because of her excellent professionalism, efficiency, and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for treating your patients with care!
I enjoyed my experience today at the Rusk Health Clinic. I was welcomed by smiling faces and welcoming energy. From start to finish they were professional and welcoming. I will definitely be going back. O yea the best thing about them is that they are opened weekends, for the people whom like me who has full weeks. Go to them to get your DOT physical or any other health needs that need to be addressed.
As a farmer, having access to reliable urgent care for the family is imperative. My personal experience yesterday, Ez showed extreme care, empathy, compassion and with each treatment proved she clearly understood my situation and patient needs. As a cash or no insurance patient they were upfront about the costs. The clinic is a lower cost, fair and affordable price compared to other known larger names in Jacksonville. For our farm & family, we will continue to support this excellent clinic.
Everyone was so friendly & nice! Very thorough & was great with both my girls who ended up being seen on back to back days over the weekend. Highly recommend & will definitely come back if they end up sick over the weekend again!
Stopped into the Rusk Health Clinic to get a tetanus shot after stepping on a nail at work. The ladies in the clinic were very nice and the service was quick and very efficient. The longest part was doing paperwork as a new patient. I only had to pay my co-pay and they take cards. Definitely easier and faster than going to the ER or urgent care in Jacksonville and it's great they're open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Will definitely return when needed!
