completely incompetent. Requested a flatbed to tow my Dually, made it clear that is what we needed. They showed up with a smaller truck and wanted to disassemble my drive shaft. We told them no, they said they would be back in a few hours with correct truck. Never showed, told my insurance company we refused service, we did not. Now it will be ten days to get my car fixed because we missed our appointment. Why would anyone use this company? Terrible service, very incompetent company. My son got in a serious accident and they came at 2 am to tow the car to their facility. Jason was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process what could have been a nightmare situation for us, especially considering we live in another state. The communication was on point and very caring right up to the end.
