Staff was very nice. I felt very comfortable in the office & dental chair!
About three years ago I went to this dentist and had teeth pulled and filled I want all my teeth pulled but dentist said no then drilled my top front teeth and filled them my front tooth snapped 2 times and now and I’m in horrible pain they want to charge me for there mess up it doesn’t seem right to me
I’m not even a patient yet( trying to be) and Miss Chelsea was absolutely Pro and I can be considered a hard patient . I see some reviews that totally contradict what I exp just on my call . Miss Chelsea you were nothing but kind and helpful and that’s not common for a guy like me I appreciate it . People y’all gotta realize the amount of griping these folk take over the phone and are only doing the best they can . Chelsea rude. Because I questioned having an xray. And the radiation of one informed me i should go somewhere else for treatment. Rude place. Do not recommend!!!!! It is not state law. You can explain your self. But is not a law. Lie. Costumer service sucks. Explain this!!!
