Going downhill. I'm in Philly and have used them for years. Recently placed a reorder and they decided to print them in California, not Philly as they always had done. 12 days later, UPS has yet to deliver the order. Had paid a high fee for a rush order and they easily missed the date. Promptly, customer service said they'd refund the shipping fee, but have yet to do so. Amazing!! Designing was streamlined and easier than any other site I've been to. I really enjoyed the options for graphics the AI gave me based on my quick description. The custom hoodie I ordered far exceeded my expectations. I only ordered one hoodie as a sentimental Christmas present. The hoodie arrived days before the projected dates and I ordered it the second week of December!
