Had messages to say ive got a routine check up a month ago, im still trying tk get through to reception, who ever is working their desk needs to be fired, absolutely not acceptable
Over 40 minutes late to be seen. Please tell me what's the point of "appointments"? Do you not know that people have jobs, other matters to attend to and may not have time to sit and wait 40 minutes to 1 hour late.
Customer service here is diabolical - that’s me being extremely polite. Dentist is nice but the rest of them make the whole experience unbearable especially at reception. Staff would definitely benefit from some training in how to talk to people! 😁
