The problem was a bad capacitor. The expert arrived quickly, diagnosed it within 10 minutes and fixed it with little hassle. They were transparent and efficient in their communication which made the visit much more seamless than my last repair experience.
Our thermostat was acting up and the first specialist we saw recommended replacing it, but we got a second opinion and this HVAC guy found a loose wire connection and fixed it in less than an hour. This detailed approach saved both money and time over the previous guidance.
The minor problem was a blocked filter which they painstakingly cleaned and replaced in about an hour. System has been working great for a week now, far better than my past maintenance with another company.
Quick fix on my portable A/C.
Initially uncertain because of past experiences with lengthy dismantling procedures, I found this technician managed the A/C system dismantlement efficiently and completed it within two hours. The prior company estimated significantly more time and left some parts scattered, whereas this service included thorough cleanup and organization.
