I when and called to see if I can reschedule a appointment and they ended up discussing me .i think they like to judge people in instead of helping people in finding out what the better solution is to everybody's problems.

I would put no stars if I could. Karen Robinson the boss at rushford completely treated me disrespectfully. She walked me out every time because she felt like she couldn't trust me but I'm a trustworthy person and can walk myself out of the building. While I was there Vanessa Figueroa my case manager at the time flirted with me and somehow I was the one who got in trouble because I accepted her friend request on Skype. People go to Rushford for HELP. Don’t bother. This facility has proven to be nothing more than a pencil pushing, insurance collecting, pill mill. Year after year, month after month, week after week, utterly USELESS. No individualized plans/goal setting or monitoring of individual progress or lac k thereof. Clinicians are evidently not accountable to any oversight. The medical director, Dr. Allen, and the entirety of this facility’s staff and operations needs serious investigative scrutiny.

I'm only giving one star here because a fat zero isn't offered . Where do I start with this place , my son has been here , the lack of care is disgraceful that he felt worse when leaving. They are so unprofessional including the lobby staff. Today I go for an appointment to meet a case manager for my son. When I checked in with Julissa I was told she'd let Sabrina know I was there. When 15 min passed I went to the window and asked what's going on . Julissa assured me Sabrina was there because she saw her in the morning. Now ... read more
