Very impressed! Easy to book an appointment online. I saw a podiatrist called Gemma who was just brilliant. She patiently listened to me explain my symptoms and answered all of my questions clearly. Inspected my feet, put a good plan together and put my mind at ease. I am very grateful for her time and expertise. I thought the cost was very competitive, too. Would recommend without hesitation!
Had a follow up appointment today to check on a thumb nail that was previously treated by Samantha , as it was a second appointment I was really pleased to receive the same excellent friendly & prompt service ! If you are looking for a professional reliable podiatrist in the area I would most highly recommend Rushden Podiatry , I also noticed that they will be offering physio appointments on a Thursday from April 2025, I will definitely recommending them to family and friends. I had an appointment and several corns were missed. I had to make a 15 mile round trip to go back but still one was missed. I filled out a 'feedback form' yet no response. At least an apology would have been nice having had to make another journey and waste more time.
Referred via BUPA for assistance with pain around feet and legs related to flat feet. After a diagnosis sessions I was quickly cast for orthotics and a few months later has drastically reduced and almost eliminated any pain! Would definitely recommend Samantha and team!
I had an ingrown toenail which was really bad and had been around for a while, had a few doctors look at it but they only made it worse which made my anxiety about making the appointment sky high. The ladies at Rushden could not have been nicer, they made me feel at ease from the start. The surgery was so well done and the after care has been amazing, I'm now at the end of my treatment and could not be happier with the results. A massive thank you to Sam and all at Rushden podiatry.
