Dr. Shroff is, simply put, the best primary care physician I've ever had. His knowledge is impressive, and he always takes the time to thoroughly explain things in a way that's easy to understand. Quick to follow up when reviewing labs, or refer to specialists as may be needed. He has previously called me at home at night to follow up directly about a newly diagnosed condition. Shroff provides a level of service that sets a high mark for excellence in care. Highly recommended.
Dr. Shroff is an excellent doctor. He will take the necessary time to address all your issues and concerns. I have been a Duke patient for 20 years and he has been my primary care doctor for the last 5 years. I am very pleased with the care that he provide. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Shroff took time with me to understand all my symptoms and my health needs. He asked good questions and I could tell he was seeking to get the full picture to know how best to help me. He even called me a day later to see how I was doing, it was like having an old-fashioned doctor again. I appreciated his care, it helped me to be well again.

I had to see him, when my other doctor waa out. I did not feel listened to. He scheduled a bunch of tests that had nothing to do with my condition. For me, it was waste of my time and money.
He's been my doc for over ten years and we've developed a friendship that's been built on trust. He's incredibly thorough, listens carefully and truly cares about his patients and his work.
Prepare to be sick. He ordered 15 tests for a healthy person when he had complete medical records. Once these were negotiated to the normal six and done, he proceeded to diagnose diseases I do not have. He tried to handle issues other doctors handle, including eye diseases. He also wants to prescibe drugs you do not need, ignoring th side effects. I won’t return. I feel sorry for anyone who falls for his deceptions. It is,likely to make you sick.
