The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I was used to paying way more for no where near the same level of care. My pet had to be laid to rest and they were very comforting.
My cat needed all his teeth extracted due to stomatitis. Great prices and a wonderful caring staff. Leo and I thank you Rush.
Very compassionate and knowledgeable… I took my cat, they made sure he was taken care of… Granted things didn’t go well for my cat and we had to put him down - but the vet techs and Dr. Milot were absolutely amazing… I’m thankful for the expertise, care and dedication they show for animals.
Took my daughter’s dog here because she chewed a shaver. We were not sure if she eat the blade. Called at 5:30 (they close at 6) we live 25 minutes away. They waited for us!!! Took an X-ray and everything was good!!! They didn’t even charge for the visit just the X-ray. Amazing people and service!!!
Fantastic experience. I recently brought my elderly cat to the area and this place is where to go for an immediate appointment needs and compassionate, kind, patient care. The vet and the assistant were so good with my elderly cat with CKD and very gentle when explaining options for me and potentially treatments for his care. I left feeling much better about his prognosis. If he continues to deteriorate, I will come to Rush to euthanize. Rush was also the most cost effective in the area.
