This is a late review. I received services on Fri, 12/26/25. Everyone I encountered was outstanding. They were professional and had great customer service skills. The total visit was about 2hrs with chest x-ray and preliminary results. Thank you to all the RUSH staff. I appreciate everything you all do.
When I made the appointment we were told to arrive at 6:30 AM. After driving in a snow storm and bad road conditions we arrived on time but the doors were locked! finally the doors open we entered just after 7:00 AM. Would have been nice for someone to tell us they don’t even open until 7:00 AM. It was cold outside.
Great tools and resources but the customer service? Not the best. Front desk won’t even talk to you and let you figure out things, she had me sign in while waiting since doctors were on lunch, once they came back I asked if I needed to check in again and she said “oh yeah”. I’ve seen my name scratched off, but no big deal. I got to the back finally and it took 40 minutes or more to be seen, despite barely anybody there for actual urgent care. This place is a dump. The NP sent me here for test from urgent care and the whole team went on lunch with patients in the lobby. All of the clients were visibly upset with reception desk. Please avoid this location
Took almost an hour to see a doctor after seeing a nurse. Doctor laughed me off when explaining my symptoms of chest pain and it being hard to breath. Said my heart rate was fine (but then I looked at the labs afterwards and saw it’s in line with tachycardia). Said he would prescribe me something. Never happened had to follow up on that, meanwhile I actually have life threatening sepsis from the bacteria that they said couldn’t spread from the digestive tract to the lungs when it can and it did (also it’s well documented tha... read more
