The Urgent Care is disorganized and has rude people running it. I understand that there could be long wait times but maybe efforts could be spent figuring out how to communicate with the public. For example, having a board that tells estimated wait times or how many providers are available. Also, the MA or phlebotomist that is doing labs needs a lot more training on how to interact with people and how to regulate herself. From the front desk lady who was setting laws like she makes them. To Karina who should be fired never looked at records dismissed me like a cattle. It's my right to refuse a RSV test. You as a whole organization have humiliated me. more than once. I'm spitting up green and blowing my nose yellow and she telling me it's a virus INCOCECT infection which needed an antibiotic like amoxicillin but instead told to home and take ibuprofen and graggle with salt water HORRIFIC she needs to Ms. Karina should not be a PA at all.
