Had an appointment today at Rush Hospital. I’ll get to my car in the parking lot and the person next to me was parked so close I couldn’t get in on the driver side. I called for security three times and every time it said try your call later. I pushed the Button in the parking lot and that did not work. Eventually, I had to crawl halfway over the passenger seat to try to get my car out. Which injured my arthritis hip and I am an overweight woman. Dr. Alex repaired my hiatal hernia and she was great through out the process.
The only words the employees at Rush know how to say is, "That's not my job!" RUN! You will NOT be helped and you will have to do all the legwork yourself!
