If you're only employing someone a couple of days a week to manage your phone service, those employees MUST be trained to leave detailed messages, that address the question or concern, or that communicate the phone service hours. Calling someone back three days later and leaving a voicemail that says, "We're returning your call please call us back," will just have you perpetually playing phone tag with people. Patients will give up and move on to providers who have full-time phone service.
This review is for my experience in obtaining medical records... was trying to obtain my immunization records. Im not the most tech savvy person , and just have a smart phone to do this ... an older phone at that, no laptop. Dana Faulkenberry fulfilled my request same day and while having to respond to many emails from me , because like i said, im not very tech savvy!! Her patience with me was truly appreciated and she is a true asset to your facility !! Thank you again, Dana!!
Been coming to rush since I gave birth to my daughter who is now 7. Usually the experience is a good one, people are friendly and usually service is fast. Today however I had to bring my child to get blood work done, been here since 8 am and when the doctor sent us to the lab area I was not aware of the scheduling they are now doing. Review for Rush Hospital – EVS Department I want to bring attention to a deeply concerning and inappropriate incident involving a member of the EVS crew, Karl Flowers. While at the hospital, this employee made sexual and inappropriate comments toward my underage daughter.
