I was there at Rush in the ER with my sick daughter and got there at 11:30am - we left at 10:00pm and no one came to her aid .. the clerk in window didn’t know anything she said to ask nurse and nurse said the patients had to wait 14hours for wait time… there was a man he couldn’t breath and asked nurse or I don’t know if she was a MA , she was drawing blood and he asked to please put in room because he felt very sick and she told him there were No Rooms available and , was placed outside in waiting room and asked if he coul... read more

I have been going to rush for years but started noticing "facility" charges on my office visit bills. I called the billing department and spoke with someone who stated that the facility fee is a one-time fee each new year, so I just paid it. I got charged another $88 facility fee again a few months later so called the billing number and the lady stated that the facility fee is standard for every visit, even though I have a PPO and the hospital is in my network. Have been calling since January to try and get surgery scheduled, no one has ever answered the phone at affirm, I’ve gotten one email to make a mychart over a month ago and when I call again no one answers the phone. Hotline transfers me to patient relations over this and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! They tell me they can transfer me to affirm where apparently no one does their job or patient relations where no one is doing their job apparently; but they don’t have authority to schedule with affirm themselves.
