Terrible service
We have generally had good experiences with Rush Hospital, which is why we chose to go there for my son's appointment. This was our first visit to this location. Unfortunately, this time we had a very bad experience. A psychologist saw me and my son and promised that social workers would call us shortly, but that never happened. Then we received the bill and were charged twice for one visit. When I called the billing office at Rush, they told me that one of the charges was a "facility fee," which I had never heard of before.... read more
Beware of predatory/fraudulent billing practices here. Whether you’re there for an hour and a half or 15 mins you will be billed the same. If you turn down therapy because you never asked for it to begin with, you’ll still be charged for it. Be very cautious here and ask about all charges and planned treatment first.
