I am a quadriplegic and I need a mammogram. A normal mammogram machine does not work for my situation. Therefore, my Doctor put in an order for me to have an ultrasound mammogram, which which the receptionist declined because it's not their protocol. Well , I thought patient comfort and health was your protocol. Receptionist was also very rude.

Quality beyond expectations!
Oncology services are average. Nothing special. The oncologists consistently pawn off patients to their NPs or PAs with barely any or even no notice. If I wanted a nurse to provide care, I could go to Walgreens or CVS. But let's talk about accessibility to the entrances. It's like whoever designed this place gave themselves a challenge: How can I make it as inconvenient, troublesome, and confusing as possible for patients to actually get into the hospital?
