Have been calling since January to try and get surgery scheduled, no one has ever answered the phone at affirm, I’ve gotten one email to make a mychart over a month ago and when I call again no one answers the phone. Hotline transfers me to patient relations over this and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! They tell me they can transfer me to affirm where apparently no one does their job or patient relations where no one is doing their job apparently; but they don’t have authority to schedule with affirm themselves. Loved this hospital my water broke at 32 weeks…. what they did was made me stay for 2 weeks and made it to where I made it to 34 weeks and delivered my whole stay they were so helpful and leaning towards me….
