This hospital has a lack of sympathy, poor medical documentation/communication, lack of initiative, many blatantly lie to your face/are careless with important medical information, lack in nursing care, and has some stagnant, prideful doctors. As soon as I can find out who I can call to audit this specific unit I will. I have never seen people who have so much pride and presumptuousness. Horrible experience dealing w the reception people for Dr. Rotunno’s office. Complete incompetence and talk themselves in circles. I would rather deal with neck pain than to ever go back and deal with these people. They really take the care out of health care.
