I am a patient who recently lost her husband to cancer. I have an abnormal lab value that my primary doctor asked me to follow up on. Today, I was refused care because I had my 1.5-year-old son with me. Nowhere in any of the multiple reminders does it state that children are not allowed. Despite the sensitivity of my situation, the doctor and team would not even review or discuss the lab results that were already completed before the appointment. Placing policy over people is unacceptable when it comes to patient lives.

The building is beautiful and the staff doctors are great but the wait is long. You would think they'd be more conscious of their patients time considering their situation. If you're late, you have to reschedule but if their late, you have to wait. Doesn't seem right

If you agree to let them take your nipple you will lose feeling and your quality of life will be greatly impacted. DO NOT TRUST THEIR BREAST CANCER SURGEONS! This hospital is just slapping the Texas MD Anderson name on their hospital to try and new patients without... read more
