I placed an almost $400 order for my son who is starting kindergarten on 8/30. I have not received any notice since the day I placed the order and I have tried to call all day yesterday and today. The phone is busy every time or unavailable. I've sent two emails and a FB message and still no response. I'm trying to confirm when I will receive my order since my son starts school in 6 days. This is my first experience and it has been an awful one so far.
Uniforms are expensive, nothing competitive about their prices because can't get my kids' school uniforms anywhere else. They never answer the phone and completion of my orders are always late. I wish my kid's school would do away with stupid logos :(
Ordered uniform on 8/6/15 still not available. Phone off the hook . No way to contact . First but worst experience. Would never shop @ Rush uniform again . Land's End much better.

It is true they NEVER answer the phone but in person they are so friendly & helpful. It is very frustrating that even 2 weeks before school starts the uniforms are not in stock & we can not get them anywhere else.
