Very nice people, however uniforms were ordered over a month ago and we still dont have them. We also weren't given an eta.

Staff is always super nice and helpful. Quality of the items are very good. However, rarely if ever however are the school uniform items in stock at the store which means 2 trips to the store and there are no evening hours (hard for working parents). It would go a long way with customer satisfaction to have more inventory at the store. All of my orders take over a month to come in which I don't understand in this modern age of 2 days shipping from most other on-line vendors for non-logo items. Went in Saturday July 1st. It was not busy at first but soon became very crowded. The two ladies helping me talked me through the whole process, helped me with deciding on sizes, and I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to buy unnecessary items or amounts. While it got very crowded I thought they did a great job helping all the customers and kept things moving. All items for my 2 kids were in stock!!
