no one answers the phone and i get sent to call center, I DONT WANT A CALL CENTER I WANT SOMEONE AT THIS LOCATION. How are yal even in business.
This place is a joke. 2 weeks, no updates, promise of every day around 4:30. Finally get call, they don’t know who Wheels, Inc. is. Go to Jenkins or Ryder.
I’ve worked with parts and service and have nothing but good things to say. Friendly and helpful.
Dylan is a fantastic counter person. When I needed a part for my Isuzu he got it taken care of immediately. I've had trouble in the past with getting the wrong part, but he was able to find it no problem. I felt like my business was appreciated.
