This place is a joke. 2 weeks, no updates, promise of every day around 4:30. Finally get call, they don’t know who Wheels, Inc. is. Go to Jenkins or Ryder.
I’ve worked with parts and service and have nothing but good things to say. Friendly and helpful.
Dylan is a fantastic counter person. When I needed a part for my Isuzu he got it taken care of immediately. I've had trouble in the past with getting the wrong part, but he was able to find it no problem. I felt like my business was appreciated.
Rush is always helpful, Liz is always willing to help and make ordering/returning easy! Anytime we reach out she's right there to help.
