I have worked with the Rush center at 1650 E Brooks Rd. in Memphis for over 3 years. The team there, Kristin, Jonathan, Derrick and others have always been helpful, knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. Can't say enough good things about their customer service. I will continue to use that location. I highly recommend Rush Truck Center at the 1650 E Brooks location in Memphis.
The Body Shop here at Rush Memphis is great. Derrick, Duece and their crew do amazing work and are a pleasure to deal with. You will not be disappointed.

Derrick and his crew did a great job replacing my truck door. Paint matches perfectly and the work was done very quickly.
Very disappointing experience. The truck I purchased needed over $10,000 in repairs less than a month after buying it. I was told all issues had been fixed, which was not true. They were only focused on making the sale and acted like full-blown scammers. When I brought the problems to their attention, they tried to blame me—even though the truck needed more than four major repairs in just two months.
