Went in to pick up a part. They have redone the office since the last time that I was here and the process was very quick.
Even though I was their old customer, they sold me a truck with a lot of problems, one of the hundreds of problems in that truck was the presence of a lot of dog hair that could cause severe illness and asthma. And the sales person Bianca Kim, even though she knew about the matter, didn't tell me anything and sold the truck with a trick, and by doing so, she lost an old customer and many customers, and many other problems that cost about ten thousand dollars.
