Great team and service
Lady at the service is extremely rude to us everytime we come by for service. She is always having a foul mood and refuses to explain or even help when we have questions. Today was the final straw we've had with her attitude. If she refuses to help us out, then its not a great image representing this place.
For service on my motorhome, getting an appointment and working with reception person was great, and I felt price for work performed was reasonable. I rated down because mechanic who performed work tried closing front engine access "hood" without unhooking the hood prop rod. This resulted in a severe bend in the rod making it unusable and requiring purchase and installation of new rod at my expense as damage was not found until I returned home.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel the need to make it known the high level of customer service I continually receive from Kyle Coar and Cort Gajefski in the Parts Dept over at the Denver location. These guys practice integrity daily, are honest and consistent in their communication and pricing, and are upfront with what they can do for you and what they cannot, they follow through with what they tell you, every time.
