We can never get through to parts. Today I called sat on hold for over 5 minutes then someone picks up I asked for Tammy he says let me transfer you and then he hangs up on me. This happens several times a week or I get transfer to out of state rep. we have had to start ordering our parts out of Columbia. this is not a good way to do business and has been going on for over a year.
