Rush truck centers of America I wouldn't take my bicycle there to have it fixed even if it just had a flat and they were going to air it up they would tell me that it was in bad shape and it's going to cost me thousands of dollars just simply to air up my top bike tire I wouldn't bring anything to Rush truck center
Friendly staff and fast service
showed up to pickup my truck, half the work cancelled and no one called me
always backed up. need more machanics.
Show up to get a part that had been ordered days prior to picking up. To find out it’s not there. Was told it would have to be over nighted and would have to come back next day to get the part. Drove 1.5 hours one way to begin with. Went back inside to straighten things out and they ended up having part. Could have been a wasted trip if someone else hadn’t helped me the second time. Someone in the parts Dept. Doesn’t know what they are doing. Not a very good first experience.
