BEWARE Unprofessional and very argumentative branch manager that oversees the rentals at this branch. I wish I could give zero stars. Worst Rush truck leasing branch I have dealt with. Next time I will rent from a farmer before choosing this location.

Apparently the parts counter customer service is know for being terrible, and it sure is. I bought an airbag from Rush yesterday. While standing in the store. At the counter. With the brand new bag on the counter in front of me, your parts guy refused to give me any nuts or washers for the bag because I didn’t have a VIN. Even after using my account.
