When I had issues with my international truck and the international dealer turned me away. This peterbilt dealer offered to look at truck immediately. I was trying to get home for a funeral. Angel was awesome and got me going and on my way home. Top notch guy. Next truck will be a peterbilt and this will be my goto shop.
Told service center I did not want chemicals used to flush out my coolant system.....cat recommended that dawn dish soap be used to flush diesel from coolant system....... but I got billed 390 for parts i.e. chemicals for the flush...... not what I asked for. Kinda pisses me off
Will call slow parts people are super rude specially the Spanish guy alwayson the phone. Just bad service
Parts department on Saturday is pathetic...waited for one hour to look up parts only 2 customers were at the counter when I arrived Hector needs training or help he was not familiar with the system made matters worse
Was in town for a delivery. Doser injector went out. They got me in and out same day. Big thank you
