They use an AI answering service. I ask if they can service my vehicle and they sad yes. Ask specific queation and then booked my appointment. For 5 days I planned on there service. Called the day before to confirm, left a massage and no return call. Drove the 42 miles to the appointment, that I even got a text reminder only to walk in and be told they can't service my vehicle. Thanks for the call to tell me!!!. Wasted $50 in gas and 2 hours of my time.
