Location is trash...poor quality techs at $200/hr...never again.. Warranties are worthless...They don't honor them.. SOP/Culture....stay away !!
The worst customer service you'll ever experience.
Every person in here is rude . This is my work truck that I drive daily and never have had a problem with the transmission. Well the light came on today so not to push it I bring it in to have it checked out .... 4.5 hours later and almost $400 later I’m told my trans is shot ... done I need a whole new transmission. You got me once you won’t get me again .
Worst service over charged for a PM service and belts that were ordered. I was charged 100.00 for freight on 2 belts. 904.00 for a PM services that took over a week to do. Then I was charged for lubing my truck when I have a pre-lube system in my truck. Maybe because I am female they think I am stupid. Total RIP OFF!!
