Helpful staff, very efficient and knowledgeable. Clearly stated the process and next steps while completing an estimate for repairs for my 5th wheel RV.
Our small non profit volunteer agency recently put our fire rehab response vehicle in for service at Rush Truck in Ashland. There were several reasons we were not pleased with the overall service experience. Invoice did not match up with amount due by a large amount. Took 5 weeks of the vehicle being out of service before repairs were finished.
