The manager is helpful
Same company, different location, same bad service at the counter. Employees on the phone with back turned to the door. No acknowledgment of any customer. I don’t think Rush management cares how bad it is… don’t go to the counter unless you absolutely have to it’s not worth it. If freightliner has the same part go there or to Cummins. 3 people walked out since I been here at it’s been 30 mon already.
