Over the years technology, email and text have made my business (school bus repair)better for some but not all. Six years ago I swapped my role as technician for a new role as shop foreman. As many know every detail and description of parts can be a lengthy process if your are forced to type them into a device. I spent thousands I didn't need to because of a misdiagnosis & still had to get the root problem fixed elsewhere.They turned a $1,500 job into a 4,500 one.If you do buisness with them check all details because they upcharge parts unethically,trash throw this whole establishment away asap.
