I would rather have a tooth pulled with no medicine than to have to deal with the parts department in Tifton. There are ways to handle business whether the customer is right or wrong or the employee is right or wrong. These people are absolutely terrible.
Bad attitudes and a “not my problem” way of doing things.
RecommendedThey got me in,had to wait a little bit,but that’s how things are nowadays. They told me it was on a first come first come deal.But they got it fixed ,my heater is working great and my truck is starting up like it’s suppose to. So when or if you do have to go to the shop,stop and slow down until they get it fixed and you’ll be on the road again .Take Everyone and be SAFE
