The actual working hours are in the picture. I drove two hours to pick up a part and even spoke to someone over the phone, only to arrive at 1:42 PM and find the place closed, despite their Google page saying they’re open until 3 PM
I have been to rush truck center twice in a month. Rtc has the slowest service 3 and half hours for a oil change.
Always great customer service and they always come through for me and my trucks !
Excellent customer service
This place is gonna rip you off. BE AWERE my semi truck broke down I went there, my truck stayed overnight at their shop,they found the problem, gave me an estimate of almost $6k, I called 5 different shops, every single one of them, said it's rip off, once I told them, that is too much money for me, and I will not do it, they charged me over $900 for diagnostics and labor.Imagine paying over $900 and not doing a single thing on your truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ⚠️⚠️⚠️
