Rush Truck Service is a awesome place to take your Diesel Pusher Motorhome also for service or maintenance. We had our Allison transmission throwing a low voltage code and instead of just start changing parts they got dig in an trouble shooted problem, turns out it was loose connection. But it did take some time to figure out and test drives involved. I just dealt with Carl and Jeanette in Champaign and they were great to deal with.. I also wanted to commend Noel the Director of service and parts. He is approachable and is a good listener and truly tried to resolve a problem that I was having with the estimating process. Listening to resolve rather than listening to argue.. I also had a personal contact with LaWayne out in the yard and he was a very conscientious employee that helped me get my equipment loaded up, even though it was difficult, but showed no exasperation.
The actual working hours are in the picture. I drove two hours to pick up a part and even spoke to someone over the phone, only to arrive at 1:42 PM and find the place closed, despite their Google page saying they’re open until 3 PM
I have been to rush truck center twice in a month. Rtc has the slowest service 3 and half hours for a oil change.
Always great customer service and they always come through for me and my trucks !
