Parts counter people need to have better customer service skills. They seem so miserable and sad. Also rush’s parts prices are ridiculous. Cant speak on the shop service.
Probably simple fix all they had to do was to put the computer on the truck and check and Google has wrong telephone number/ people standing around not working. What i saw . Looks good reviews but I pretty a bad review
To be honest they look very professional but they take for ever for a sigle thing. i got there at 7 am to check engine light and delate it and didn’t leave until 12. They just trying to waste time to make more money. And for a truck driver time is money and they don’t realize that.
Stopped in for parts, and everyone was kind and helpful. The counter person Lori that helped my wife and I was exceptional. Thanks for a good experience on an otherwise difficult day.
We were on the road for 10 hours. Didn't realize that our new fuel filter that our mechanic just put on was leaking, got ready to leave this morning from the motel and realized that we had been leaking fuel, we showed up at this place on a Saturday morning, and Nick was awesome he tightened our fuel filter and didn't charge us anything, but we gave him a tip, because he deserves it and we appreciate what he did for us. Thank you Nick
