Called to schedule an appointment to get truck and trailer inspected and I was told that no appointments are necessary, just show up between 10-3. When I arrived early btw (9:45), I had to wait until 1:30 to 2 pm to get truck inspected because everyone was at lunch. Bottom line Don't get your truck inspected here, They will fail both truck and trailer and when you ask for them to actually show you where the failure is, they will say the technician has gone to lunch, sorry. EXCELLENT customer service! Also, they got me in last minute and had a lot 1/3 mile down the street where I was easily able to drop my trailer. Very impressed.
I have been dealing with rush for many years now. There parts man Kirs Gaines is hands down the best in the business he's always helpful and gets shit done no matter what even if its 2am he will always answer the phone willing to help. I don't know what I will do if he ever decided to leave. thank you Kris you need a raise brother
Kris Gaines is the best parts man i have ever dealt with. Hes always on top of his game and very helpful. They need to clone this man.
