Not completely unique to the SurgiCenter, but they call and text you before surgery to give you an estimate that they expect you to pay before surgery. An ESTIMATE that’s almost never accurate. So instead of paying them almost $1,000, I signed an agreement to pay a down-payment of $300 and a monthly payment plan. Lo and behold, my insurance covered the entire fee (the surgeon and anesthesiologist not included). Yet when I called, I was told that I was on a list for a check to be cut sometime during the first week of October.... read more
My husband had shoulder surgery today and I am telling you I have never met so many wonderful, caring and compassionate nurses. They kept me well informed they kept my husband informed of everything they were doing to him and for him .God bless rush copley and the people who work there.! Keep up the positivity and smiles.

The staff at Rush were incredibly kind to my grandmother. Nurse Helen, one of the RNs, stood out with her warm and friendly demeanor. She patiently addressed all of our questions, truly embodying the compassionate spirit of nursing. It's clear she's found her calling in the medical field.
Dr. Jaycox and the medical staff are wonderful! Dr. Jaycox is a very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor. I would give Dr. Jaycox and the medical staff 5 stars. On the other hand, the personnel who are in charge of billing are just awful. I have called numerous times to straighten out billing issues. After the first conversation, I was happy when someone in the billing department told me that I had overpaid, and I would be receiving a check.
